A structured engagement built around interviews and synthesis. We work with your sponsor and senior stakeholders to shape the strategy that is already there, layer in best practice, and turn it into clear pillars, a roadmap, and the buy-in to move forward. The strategy can be set at any level: whole-of-organisation, a function, a department, or a specific system or data domain.

We build the framework, operating model, controls, and playbooks your team needs to run governance in practice. The work is grounded in DAMA-DMBOK and shaped around your environment, your data, and the decisions your business actually needs to make. What we leave behind is something the in-house team can pick up and operate, not a document set that lives in SharePoint.
When you need to know where your data capability actually stands.
A structured assessment anchored on DAMA-DMBOK, delivered through focus groups and artefact review. The output is a clear picture of where you are strong, where the gaps are, and what to invest in first. The assessment is also a training and socialisation exercise. Working through the framework with your people builds shared understanding of what good looks like. The assessment can serve as a baseline to track progress over time or as a business case for further investment.
03 / Capability
Helping your teams build real, lasting capability and supporting them as the practice matures.

Role-specific capability building, tied directly to your operating model and your frameworks. The engagement can be shaped around any combination of three modes: structured training, learn by doing (where the team takes on early use cases with coaching from us), and co-delivery (where we work alongside the team on real engagements). Most uplift engagements use a combination. Training gets people informed. The hands-on modes turn information into operating capability.
When you want to keep us alongside as your governance matures.
A way of working with us beyond a one-off engagement. A monthly rhythm of advisory time with the same senior person, sized to what you need rather than to a fixed package. Most ongoing partnerships begin as a defined engagement and continue from there.
